Alien Sword

Your ship has crashed and you need to replace the engines. However, this new planet is inhabited by hostile creatures that will attack you on sight. Conveniently, you wield a sword that can shoot laser beams!

This game was made in a bit less than 2 days for the 2017 Kenney Jam, in which the theme was "It's a feature, not a bug!". After some unsuccessful attempts at "bug mechanics", I decided to go with portals that looked like visual glitches. It is not very interesting or imaginative but it is the best I could come up with within this short period.
